Activity focus and purpose : This project aims to enhance the English proficiency and teaching level of faculty and students at our College of Pharmacy. We will invite two distinguished professors from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, to deliver lectures in English. Through teaching and interaction in an English-speaking context, both faculty and students will not only deepen their understanding of natural medicines but also cultivate their ability and willingness to engage in professional communication in English. The goal of this event is to provide faculty and students with insights into research outcomes and teaching techniques related to natural medicines from different countries, while also promoting the improvement of bilingual communication skills and enriching the learning experience. The lecture was very comprehensive. Great interaction on European natural herbal products and education. Synthetic methods and active compounds against Alzheimer’s Through this Event i learnt more about alkaloids, separation, Isolation, chromatography and many more things. It would be great if many more Taiwanese students could attend Do it again and time period extension
